WHO TRAINS HERE

Whatever you’re playing for

The evaluation is the same for everyone. What changes is the goal we program for.

Club and recreational golfers

The largest part of who we train. Players who want more distance, a swing that holds up for eighteen holes, and rounds that don’t cost them the next two days.

Junior and collegiate players

Players in the recruiting window or already on a roster, who need speed and durability built without interfering with a season of tournaments and practice volume.

Touring professionals

Players competing on the tours. We help touring professionals play their best by training around a calendar where peaks have to land when the events do.

WHERE IT STARTS

We measure before we program

Every client begins with a full performance evaluation. We want to show you your progress rather than ask you to take our word for it.

Movement screening

A golf-specific assessment of mobility, stability, and sequencing, identifying the physical characteristics limiting your rotation, your posture, and your ability to repeat a swing late in a round.

Dynamometer testing

Objective range of motion numbers for the positions the swing actually demands. These become your baseline, and we retest against them, so progress is measured rather than assumed.

Force plates

Clubhead speed begins with ground reaction force. We measure how much you produce, how fast you produce it, and whether your lead and trail sides are contributing evenly. Asymmetry shows up in ball flight long before it shows up in a lesson.

TrackMan

Clubhead speed, ball speed, and strike quality captured alongside the physical testing, so a change in your body can be connected directly to a change in your numbers.
